The Inbound Marketing Company is a growing agency located in The Hills area of Sydney. With a rapidly expanding portfolio, TIMCo is on the lookout for an Inbound Marketing Specialist to join its talented team. You will be responsible for managing a diverse client base, creating results-driven strategies and executing innovative Inbound Marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Client Liaison - working with clients to develop goals and expectations. This means ensuring the highest possible client satisfaction with our work, meeting deadlines, communicating clearly, establishing workable processes and delivering results.
  • Strategy Development - creating, managing and executing strategic action plans, aligned with Inbound Marketing best practices, to achieve client goals.
  • Social Media Management - managing various channels for each account, publishing content, connecting with influencers, listening to the audience, sharing and adding value.
  • Campaign Management - whether it is to build reach, increase visits or boost conversions, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, publishing, monitoring and reporting on a diverse range of campaigns.
  • HubSpot Software - you’ll be required to use many of the tools of the HubSpot platform, including; landing pages, email marketing, workflows, social media, keywords, SEO, blogging, web pages, workflows, lead intelligence, smart lists and reporting.
  • Lead Management - using HubSpot to create workflows that nurture and qualify leads.
  • Content Strategy and the Editorial Calendar - as part of the strategy team you’ll be responsible for managing content (including blogs, ebooks, news releases, eDMs) and creating and maintaining the editorial calendar.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in communication, marketing or related studies  
  • Motivated self-starter with 2+ years experience in marketing and agency work
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Inbound Marketing and HubSpot
  • HubSpot and Inbound Marketing certified
  • Analytical with a strong understanding of Inbound Marketing concepts
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Strong computer and online research skills
  • Sound understanding of the different social media platforms
  • Good understanding of SEO and its relationship to Inbound Marketing
