Here’s a snap shot of his tips for marketing success:

  • Traditional marketing is about renting. Renting space in newspapers, billboards, airtime on radio and TV.
  • Today, successful marketing is about buying. Owning your space on the web, your website traffic and social media reach.
  • Become a TOFU Titan: Top Of FUnnel – think of yourself as a publisher and produce quality content that is of value to your prospects. Share your content with everyone and everywhere.
  • Become a MOFU Magician: Middle Of FUnnel – converting your prospects to leads and customers by personalizing and segmenting your marketing. Learn everything you can about your prospects and make it relevant to them.
  • Good examples of TOFUs and MOFUs are: Netflix, Amazon.com, Google and Groupon, amongst others.
